# Loot Box

**Loot Box is an NFT item that randomly drops for BattleFi users at the end of the day** for in-platform activities (playing games, Battle Power Star donation, social sharing, etc.).

Users can also buy Loot Box from other BattleFi users from BattleFi Marketplace.

To open a Loot Box, **an opening fee of BFT is required**.

If the users don’t want to open the Loot Box, they can sell it directly on the BattleFi Marketplace.

## **What is inside the Loot Box?**

Loot Box contains one of these items:

* [*Stone*](/untitled/detailed-features/battlefi-systems/nft-system/battlefi-issued-nfts/stone.md)*.*
* *BattleFi Tokens (*[*BFT*](/untitled/token-metrics/bft-governance-token-utilities.md) *or* [*RBF*](/untitled/token-metrics/rbf-reward-token-utilities.md)*).*
* [*Jackpot Ticket*](/untitled/detailed-features/other-features/jackpot-mechanism-coming-soon.md)*.*

## **Rarity Levels**

Loot Box has 5 levels of rarity:

1. *Common.*
2. *Uncommon.*
3. *Rare.*
4. *Epic.*
5. *Legendary.*

**The higher the rarity** of a Loot Box is, **the more valuable items** that Loot Box contains.

**A Legendary Loot Box** promises an **extremely valuable item inside** and a **valuable trading value**.

Loot Box's rarity levels can be upgraded by a [**Fusion Mechanism**](/untitled/detailed-features/battlefi-systems/nft-system/nft-factory.md)

**(note: Loot Box's Fusion Mechanism is processed outside of the NFT Alchemy Process)**
